Summer 2025 T-Mobile Field Marketing Intern


Job Description

What It’s Like

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Field Marketing Intern to support our Enterprise/Strategic/Government Field Marketing team in designing and completing marketing strategies and programs. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in account-based marketing, collaboration with sales teams, and data-driven decision-making within a dynamic B2B environment. You will have potential to become a full-time member of this high-impact team and play a major role in ensuring marketing programs deliver positive contributions for new business and expansion pipeline against sales goals. This role reports into the Sr. Manager,  Field Marketing.
 

What You’ll Do

  • Hands-on experience in B2B account-based marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Data analysis and reporting techniques to measure marketing effectiveness.
  • Best practices in customer engagement and relationship management.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of territory-specific marketing activities, including events and account-based marketing (ABM) programs.
  • Help create and deliver actionable sales playbooks to support account engagement and penetration.
  • Participate in weekly team calls and strategic planning, providing logistical, project management and communications support as needed.
  • Collaborate on account and relationship mapping for targeted accounts using platforms like Zoom Info.
  • Develop understanding of event lead/funnel from beginning to end and identify gaps and opportunities to optimize with fresh ideas.
  • Support lead generation efforts by tracking campaign performance, ensuring proper lead flow, and coordinating with sales teams for timely follow-up.
  • Manage budgets for field marketing activities, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking of expenses.
  • Coordinate logistics for events and workshops, including scheduling, communications, and vendor relationships.

 

What It Takes

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
  • Must have graduated within the last 12-months OR have an expected graduation date of May/August 2025
  • Strong organizational, project management, interpersonal skills. Passion for planning, efficiency and productivity. Professional and detail oriented.
  • Self-starter with strong sense of accountability and ownership, an ability to take direction, ask questions, think critically and clearly communicate status to the Field Marketing organization.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Excel and basic data analysis
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) or marketing platforms (e.g., Conversica) is a plus.

 

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR  be actively enrolled in a Bachelors degree program
  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

 

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

 

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

 

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
