Sales Academy Associate - Rotational Program (June 2025 Start)

What does a successful Sales Academy Associate do at Fiserv?

The Fiserv Sales Academy Program is a 2 -year development program with 4 rotational experiences in various sales roles and environments. During the program, you can look forward to receiving intensive, first-class training, coaching, and development. As you progress through the program, you will build knowledge, skills, and capacities necessary to succeed in elite sales roles.

We are looking for recent college graduates who have focused on sales, or sales professionals early in their career, looking for an accelerated path into a sales role generally occupied by professionals with more experience. Candidates will be chosen based on their demonstrated potential and enthusiasm for a career in sales. This Sales Academy rotation will begin June 23rd, 2025.

You must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship. Military-affiliated applicants encouraged to apply (Veterans, Military Spouses, Guard/Reservists).

 

What you will do:

  • Generate leads and drive profitable revenue by selling Fiserv’s enterprise payments solutions within designated territory or assigned accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions to help support their go forward initiatives.
  • Drive strategies, tactics, and account plans to identify, qualify and secure new Fiserv clients to meet sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell within existing client base.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our products and services.
  • Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company.
  • Capture, update, and manage all account, contact, and opportunity data within the Fiserv eCRM system.

 

What you will need to have:

  • Recent graduate of a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Marketing or Sales – preferably in the last two years.
  • Strong previous internships
  • 3.0+ GPA
  • Willingness to travel regularly and open to relocation opportunities.

 

What would be great to have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Able to think strategically and tactically
  • Detail oriented. Excellent organization skills
  • Ability to handle diverse workloads and multiple deadlines
  • Experience in Excel and PowerPoint, and a technical aptitude to learn new applications.
  • Knowledge of Banking, Financial Industry, or Financial Technology is preferred.
