We specialize in handling a wide range of aircraft, from small commuter planes to large cargo jets, including Boeing, Airbus, and Antonov models. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional service, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to join us for the upcoming season as Fleet Servicing Agents.
Position Overview
As a Fleet Servicing Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring our customer aircraft, office facilities, and other areas remain clean, organized, and ready for operations. This is a seasonal, part-time position with the opportunity for flexible scheduling and varied duties. Ideal candidates will be dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Aircraft Cleaning & Servicing: Perform cleaning tasks in line with airline protocols, including airplane galleys, lavatories, and cabin surfaces. Use appropriate tools and cleaning solutions
- General Facility Maintenance: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust customer areas, including offices and aircraft spaces
- Waste Management: Properly dispose of trash and ensure cleanliness in all areas
- Vehicle Operation: Safely operate a vehicle on the ramp to access different locations as needed
- Passenger Assistance: Assist passengers requiring wheelchair support, including transporting them within the terminal and onto the aircraft. Help with carry-on bags and other items
- Safety & Security: Adhere to all safety protocols while working around aircraft and in other operational areas. Follow company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and security
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as needed to support operations
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Previous experience in cleaning or facilities maintenance is preferred but not required
- Must be able to pass a federal background check and meet all security clearance requirements
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to following established procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Communication skills in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Must be punctual and reliable, with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to operate vehicles and equipment safely in an airport environment
Physical Demands:
- Physical stamina to lift up to 40 pounds and perform various physical tasks (e.g., standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and carrying)
- Must have clear vision abilities, including close, distance, and peripheral vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus
Work Environment:
- This position involves working in a busy airport environment with exposure to moving mechanical systems and equipment.
- You will be part of a supportive team, working together to provide excellent Customer service and ensure a positive experience for every customer.

- Compensation: Starting at $17.00 per hour, with potential overtime
- FLSA Status: Non-exempt (Hourly)
