Job Overview

 

The incumbent identifies, assesses, addresses and analyzes IT-related risks.  The RMF Specialist will improve IT operations, cybersecurity, risk mitigation capabilities and the overall risk and security posture.
 

 

Work Model: Onsite


Responsibilities

 

Essential Duties & Job Functions: 

  • Maintain current RMF Cybersecurity related documentation and information for the MAX-GUN cyberspace Base Area Network.
  • Manage RMF Methodology of Network Systems.
  • Support the certification of Base Network Systems/Security Services by providing the MCCC and I-NOSC network topology and infrastructure information as directed.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements

Mandatory:

  • IAM Level 1 Certification.
  • CAP, CND, Cloud+, GSLC, Security+ CE: IT E-Learning COMPTIA, FED-VTE, Skillsoft preferred for DoD personnel.
  • Top Secret Security clearance.
  • Training Group, Keesler AFB, MS.
  • Key Management Infrastructure (KMI), 81st.
  • Ability to deal with a variety of people in a professional, courteous manner in diversified situations.
  • Valid Alabama state Driver’s License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position. 
  • Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract. 
  • U.S. Citizenship.
  • Ability to obtain access to U.S. Government Installations through the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS).
