Civil AutoCAD Designer
We're looking to add to our Civil Engineering team! This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 1-3 years of experience. You will work on a variety of interesting projects (renewables, affordable housing, site development, stormwater management, and more) while benefitting from mentorship by talented senior staff.
The successful candidate for this position will have:
- A degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or a related field
- EIT preferred
- Experience working on site development and public works projects
- Proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D design software
- Ability to work in a project team environment, with a variety of project managers
Typical job responsibilities include:
• Assisting with the preparation of standard engineering documents and calculations, incorporating Civil 3D and AutoCAD for drafting and design purposes
• Provide design of streets, utilities, and grading
• Perform calculations, using appropriate software, for water systems and stormwater runoff
• Assist project managers with preparation of scopes and estimates for proposal.
