Basic Job Functions:
- Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data from various sources
- Tracks and analyzes daily and weekly operations data specific to assigned areas, identify service gaps, inefficiencies, and other areas providing opportunities to reduce costs, improve visibility to trends and enhance reporting tools
- Creates visually interesting and actionable tabular and graphical summaries to drive business decisions
- Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest process improvements; plan and implement supply chain optimization projects
- Actively participates in integration test execution and user acceptance test execution of reporting tools as needed
- Collaborates with the IT team and leadership team to create data frameworks for automated data transfer for efficient and timely presentation to end user audiences
- Conducts quality control on received data sets and documents process inputs, outputs and change control records for all reporting tools
- Structures large data sets to find usable information while anonymizing data by removing personally identifiable information (PII) and characterizing data by removing proprietary information
- Runs utilization and other reports based on various attributes to ensure reporting tools are being leveraged across the enterprise
- Manage news scraper to collect and collate information on supply chain trends, transportation automation advancements and sustainability in moving freight and other related logistics trends and developments
- Evaluate existing capabilities (manual processes) and establish reporting processes for tracking, measuring, presenting, sharing, and analyzing transportation data
- Work on projects and performs other duties as assigned, including providing training and user documentation guides on best practices for using various reporting tools

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Supply Chain, Business Informatics, Engineering, Data Science, or 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Experience with PowerBI or similar business intelligence software tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to effectively communicate to various audience groups both inside and outside of the company
- Willingness to travel to US based locations on an as-needed basis to support business needs and project deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a manufacturing focused industry
- Prior experience with cloud-based technology
- 3 or more years of professional experience
