Our consistent success is the direct result of our people and the Danaher Business System (DBS). DBS has evolved from a collection of manufacturing improvement tools into a philosophy, set of values and series of management processes that collectively define who we are and how we do what we do. Today, our DBS tools are designed to help us excel in areas of GROWTH, LEADERSHIP and LEAN.
Danaher associates are pursuing a focused strategy aimed at building businesses that matter within four strategic platforms: Water Quality, Life Sciences, Diagnostics, and Product Identification.

Operations Leadership Program (OLP) Overview:
Danaher’s OLP program is a dynamic two-year rotational program consisting of diverse functional opportunities generally spanning two Danaher locations. Participants are educated on the Danaher Business System which provides tools that create sustainable competitive advantage by continuously improving quality, delivery, cost and innovation. Our goal is to provide these tools to all employees including our OLP associates. We believe the best way to learn DBS and hands-on leadership is through real-world experience through compelling, high visibility projects.

Danaher considers the OLP to be a path to immediate roles in operations including value stream leadership and the Danaher Business System leadership.
