EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
• B.S. degree in Physics, Material Science, or Engineering with process engineering or manufacturing experience required. Electronic packaging experience is a plus
• Self-starter with ability to lead a project from lab scale development to high volume production
• Hands-on experience in the development of module processes and equipment operation.
• Ability to perform DOE, data analysis, SPC control, small part or feature handling with steady hands.
• Ability to conduct failure mode analysis, root cause investigation, and problem solving for product yield and quality issue.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills and demonstrated leadership ability
• Project Management- Excellent data handling, documentation, critical milestone creation, and organization skill
 
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
• Perform backend process development, establish process controls for all critical process parameters, drive to improve yield and reduce cost for our advanced MEMS probe assembly process.
• Projects includes R&D engineering backend process development, new material and equipment qualification, new process and recipe study, existing process optimization for yield improvement and lead time reduction.
• Data handling, failure analysis and documentation. 
• Perform supporting activities for manufacturing. Transfer, train, audit and support production team with new developed processes.
