The State Water Resources Control Board’s Division of Drinking Water, Southern California Field Operations Branch is looking for a Water Resource Control engineer who will be responsible for ensuring that the public have safe and reliable access to drinking water. The San Bernardino District’s jurisdictional area ranges from the dense urban centers of the Inland Empire, to the iconic Death Valley National Monument, and the mountains of Mammoth Lakes.   • Under the close supervision of the Senior Water Resource Control Engineer of the San Bernardino District in the Division of Drinking Water’s (DDW’s) South Coast Section with the State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB), the incumbent maintain consistent and regular attendance, communicate effectively (orally and in writing, if both appropriate) in dealing with the public and/or other employees; develop and maintain knowledge and skill related specific tasks, methodologies, materials, tools, and equipment; complete assignments in a timely and efficient manner; and adhere to departmental policies and procedures regarding attendance, leave, and conduct.
