Associate Tax Accountant
Position Summary:
This position will assist in the preparation of tax returns, ASC740, and other various tax responsibilities.
Major Responsibilities:
- Prepare tax returns and supporting workpapers
- Provide income tax audit support
- Prepare tax calculations under ASC740 for financial statement reporting
- Identify LEAN process improvement opportunities
- Assist with other tax related special projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting, Finance, Economics preferred
- Basic understanding of accounting principles required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook tools required
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required
