Certification Specialist II-#103900

Requirements:
  • Four years work experience including 12 months experience as a certification specialist I at SHA, or eighteen months related experience. 
  • High School diploma or equivalent, and two years of college in social services, bookkeeping, business, or related field; may substitute an additional two years of relevant work experience for college
 Responsibilities:
  • Manage case load of program participants and ensure timely and accurate completion of each participant’s annual review. 
  • Engage in dispute resolution with landlords, neighbors, and participants. 
  • Document participant noncompliance or suspected fraud; prepare the SHA case in appeal hearings; assist in presentation of the case at hearings. 
 The Location: Queen Anne Central Office
