Job Responsibilities:
Converting businesses from shipping with with other carriers to UPS
Preparing customer presentations in PowerPoint
Conducting shipping data analyses in Excel (pivot table experience preferred)
Logging customer activity in Salesforce.com
Preparing pricing proposals for customers
Negotiating pricing details with customers via phone, zoom, and in person
Ability to assist customers with navigating to the proper support for concerns, IT questions, pickup issues, etc
Ability to network with local center managers, supervisors, and drivers
Team selling with cross-functional departments, such as marketing, international, and customer solutions.
