Accounting Assistant

Payroll-Easy is a small certified public accountancy firm located in South San Francisco and our services include payroll management, bookkeeping services, tax planning and preparation and business incorporation for small to medium size businesses. Our mission is to provide a complete package that is accurate yet flexible to the specific needs of local businesses and individuals.

As an Accounting Assistant, you will play an important role of providing our clients full accounting services. All necessary knowledge and skillsets will be provided during training but prior accounting knowledge will be recommend and helpful.  

Below outlines responsibilities that you will have under this role:

• Reconciling client bank statements, conducting journal entries
• Generating monthly financial statements such as balance sheet and P&L statements
• Filing and remitting taxes; sales tax, business tax and personal tax
• Use QuickBooks to manage client financials
• Consulting with business clients on their financial statements

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Associate’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Excellent organization skills and highly detail-oriented
• Experience with Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office
• Good Math skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
