As a supported* design and production specialist, you would be responsible for using electronic publishing tools to produce print ready pages for our publications.
Today, over 2000 people groups, 170 million people, still don’t have the Bible translated into their languages! Wycliffe USA believes the Word of God can transform lives when people hear it in their own language or form, and we urgently need you to join the team!

Every day is different! One day you might help with formatting and typesetting pages. The next you might help copy-edit and proofread our manuscripts. Still another day you might prepare copies of the documents for archiving.
This job might be for you if…
- You demonstrate the desire and ability to support corporate Biblical and religious goals and participate in regular work-related spiritual activities without reservation (Spiritual Bona Fide Occupational Qualification)
- You have at least two years of word processing experience in publishing.
- You have a working knowledge of design for publications.
- You are familiar with current software used in publishing.
*ABOUT SUPPORTED POSITIONS
Wycliffe Bible Translators is a faith-based organization, and as a supported staff (missionary) you’ll receive a non-traditional salary through the faithful giving of a personal partnership team to the preference of your ministry. We provide extensive training and resources as you build your financial and prayer partnership team.
Non-traditional salaries are needs-based determined by factors of housing and personal expenses based on geographic location, including dependents and their ages, retirement savings, ministry expenses and taxes. Although salaries vary significantly and it’s not possible to provide an exact number for this position, a typical non-traditional monthly salary for a missionary family is $7000 to $10,000 domestically and $4000 to $9000 internationally.
