Technical Support Specialist (Open)


Role and Responsibilities

Desktop Support

  • Hardware break/fix repair on desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile device(iOS)
  • Software installations, repairs, reconfigurations, troubleshooting
  • Microsoft Windows 10, SCCM, AD, Bitlocker
  • Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • McAfee troubleshooting
  • Peripheral installations
Infrastructure Support

  • SMART Hands & Eyes support
  • Network console setup
  • Light printer repair – clear jams, change toners, fusers, maintenance kits
  • Network patching
  • IPT Phone support

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • CompTIA A+,
  • Bachelors or 3-5 years information technology support in professional environment
  • Lenovo hardware repair certification a plus, not required

  • Windows 10 – SCCM builds
  • HP printer repair
