Role and Responsibilities
Desktop Support
- Hardware break/fix repair on desktops, laptops, tablets, and mobile device(iOS)
- Software installations, repairs, reconfigurations, troubleshooting
- Microsoft Windows 10, SCCM, AD, Bitlocker
- Microsoft Office 365 suite
- McAfee troubleshooting
- Peripheral installations
Infrastructure Support
- SMART Hands & Eyes support
- Network console setup
- Light printer repair – clear jams, change toners, fusers, maintenance kits
- Network patching
- IPT Phone support
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- CompTIA A+,
- Bachelors or 3-5 years information technology support in professional environment
- Lenovo hardware repair certification a plus, not required
Preferred Skills
- Windows 10 – SCCM builds
- HP printer repair
- Lenovo support
- Detail oriented
