About the Position:

Under the direction of the Branch Chief of the Encroachment and Outdoor Advertising Permits, a Senior Transportation Engineer (Supervisor), the incumbent, a Transportation Engineer (Civil), serves as the Permits Oversight Engineer in the Permits Oversight Branch.
The incumbent assists the administration of the Encroachment and Outdoor Advertising Permit Programs. The incumbent develops guidance, procedures, tools, and regulations to improve the Encroachment and Outdoor Advertising Permit Programs by coordinating with other divisions such as Legal, Information Technology (IT), Audits and Accounting on permitting program related activities in addition to supporting with resource management related tasks.
