About the Position:

Under the direction of the Quality Management (QM) Branch Chief (Senior Transportation Engineer) the TE Civil works independently or as part of a team to develop processes and guidance for improving the quality of all products and services produced by METS staff. The QM branch is responsible for METS QM, Manual Management, Internal Audits, and METS Technical Committee Management.

This position requires travel to the various districts, Headquarters, and field sites for periods of several days.
