With ongoing growth and new opportunities ahead, we’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Position Overview
The Maintenance Technician supports the reliable operation of production equipment and facility infrastructure by assisting with routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. This entry-level role requires mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to workplace safety. Previous maintenance experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.
Core Responsibilities
- Routine Servicing: Perform basic maintenance, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting machinery.
- Preventative Maintenance: Help senior technicians execute scheduled preventative maintenance plans to avoid unexpected equipment downtime.
- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Assist in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues using hand tools and basic testing equipment.
- Repairs: Repair or replace worn or defective parts, such as belts, chains, and bearings, under direct supervision.
- Documentation: Record completed maintenance tasks, equipment conditions, and parts used in computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all facility safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist with general building maintenance, including lighting, plumbing fixtures, HVAC support tasks, and other facility-related repairs as needed.

Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent; Technical or trade school training/certifications (e.g., in mechatronics, industrial maintenance) are preferred.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, occasionally use ladders, and work in varied industrial environments (warehouses and manufacturing facilities).
- Work Ethic: Strong desire to learn, attention to detail, and ability to communicate effectively with production staff.
